Return and Refund Policy
General 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all original tags and in its original packaging.
  • Opened and unopened products are eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must accompany the returned item.

Damages and Nonconforming Goods

  • Refund of the purchase price.

Exclusions and Limitations

Exchanges
Exchanges are not automatically processed. To exchange an item, follow the return procedure. Once the original item is returned and accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For goods shipped to EU countries, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Notify us at info@peakful.co within 14 calendar days to cancel your order. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
